Spencer’s Villa is a privately owned Executive 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private heated Pool and Spa. It is furnished and decorated to a high standard, full size slate bed pool table, air-conditioned and equipped with everything you will need to have an enjoyable and relaxing stay in Florida.

Surrounded by countryside and orange groves the villa is located on the gated community of The Manors North at Westridge, just off the US Highway 27 between Highway 192 and the I4 and only 15 minutes from Disney. It is a perfectly positioned base for all your holiday needs with a Publix supermarket, Restaurants and Banks only 3 minutes away.

The Villa is made up of 4 bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, a Living Room, Kitchen, Diner, Family room and Garage. With access to Westridge residents club house, community swimming pool and Wi Fi access.


Living Room
The Living room has a full size slate bed Pool table, dining table and 6 chairs and 2 sofas (1 sofa bed).


Kitchen
The Kitchen is fully equipped with Crockery, Utensils, Cooker, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee Maker and Dishwaster, plus a small dining table with 4 chairs.


Family Room
The Family room has 2 sofas, coffee tables, CD & Radio, Telephone with free Local and National calls, 32” TV, Play Station, VCR and a selection of Games, DVDs, Videos and Books.


Master Bedroom
The Master bedroom has a King size bed, 2 draw bedside units, 6 draw dressing unit, TV, Video, Telephone, Alarm clock, walk in wardrobe and ensuite with twin sinks, corner bath, separate shower and toilet.


Double Room
The Double bedroom has a wardrobe, 6 draw unit, 2 draw bedside unit, TV, Alarm clock, ensuite shower and bath.


Twin Bedroom
The Twin room has 2 single beds, wardrobe and 4 draw dresser.


Mickey Bedroom
The Mickey room has a kids bunk bed, wardrobe and 3 draw dresser.


All bedrooms are provided with spare linens and blankets.


Bathrooms
There are 2 ensuite bathrooms and 1 separate bathroom. All bathrooms have toilet, bath, shower, hairdryers and towels. Pool side towels are available in the cupboard in the separate bathroom.


Garage
The Garage has Table Tennis and Air Hockey tables, High Chair, 2 Baby Cots, Stroller, Gas BBQ, Washer, Dryer, Iron and Ironing board.


Pool, Spa and Patio
It boasts a large screened heated pool and jacuzzi at the rear with comfortable patio furniture, Gas BBQ and the added bonus of a South/West facing patio which allows you to enjoy the sun all day until it sets in the evening. Floodlighting at night will allow you to continue to relax around the pool until late.
